Vasmok.com sticks to the tenet of "quality first, customer foremost". We have a QA team to check your order products before they are packed and sent, but sometimes a return or an exchange is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take advantage of our cancelation policy and return policy.

All of our products can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. We cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order once production has already begun. There are no order cancellations accepted once production has begun on any custom or specialty products (items that are not a stock size).

3. Click on “Delete this order” and confirm that you want to cancel it.
Cancellation after payment
Please note that we may offer a corresponding cancellation policy or solution to customer’s inquiries based on the different product categories.
1. Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Orders canceled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price.
3. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Note: The deductions are for restocking/processing fees.
We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package.
Return a DOA (dead on arrival) item.
If the item arrived broken, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date and follow the procedure for the 30 Days Return Guarantee.
If the item has a high value, we may ask you to return it. Please include all of its accessories, like cables, chargers, batteries, in the returned parcel. If an accessory or component is missing, we will ask you to pay for it. All the return shipping fees will be covered by buyers.
30 Days Return Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, you can return it to us within 30 days from delivered. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If a product is damaged or not working, please don't worry, just return it to us and we will pay for the return shipping fees. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product, which should still be in good condition.
After 30 days from delivered
We will not accept requests for a refund or a replacement after 30 days from delivery.

Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items:
1. You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange (accessories excluded) if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. For lost items, we will reship for you if it’s in stock. Or else you will get a refund.
2. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.
How can I return the defective item to vasmok?
Please contact us before returning a defective item to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. Vasmok will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Below are some further suggestions and important reminders:
1. Keep all the packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request;
2. After mailing back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; if we can not receive this information, we will have to wait until when the product arrives in our warehouse.
3. Refunds will be arranged to the same payment method you used to place this order. All the intermediary handling fees and bank processing fees will be at the customer's expense;
4. You can refuse to sign for a package if you notice it is broken or open. Accepting a broken or damaged package can affect your return request;
5. If you want to avoid paying high import duties on the return package, please avoid selecting an express mail service like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and similar ones;
6. We can arrange a refund or a replacement of the product after receiving the defective item;

- You can check your order details include payment info.
- If your order is "Shipped", select "TRACK" to check the current status of your package.

When you place an order with VASMOK we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 7-10 business days for your order.
We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in.

*Where is my order?
Receiving time consists of processing time and shipping time. For processing time, we may need up to 4-6 business days to prepare the items after you place the order. This is to make sure that your order is accurate.

*Can I change/modify my shipping address/sizes?
Yes, you can. It includes changing sizes or the color of an item, removing an item, and changing your shipping address. Please contact our Customer Service Team here contact us.
Please note that we can help you modify your order BEFORE shipment. Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
*Why I didn’t get an email about my order delivery?
After placing your order, we may need 4-6 business days to prepare your order. This will be our processing time to make sure that your order is accurate.
We will inform you of an email after shipment or if there is any delay. Please make sure you log into the right email account and please check your mailbox spam folder as well.

*Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:
1. Canceling a paid order. If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can cancel this order by contact our customer service contact us.
2. Canceling an unpaid order: An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. Or please log into your account >> click on "My Orders" and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Your order will be canceled. Please find an example picture below. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
*How to change/modify billing address?
The billing address will be automatically generated to the same as the shipping address. If you want to change it, you can click on "Edit" at the check out page (after clicking the PLACE ORDER button). Please find an example below.
If you paid already, then no need to change the billing address, as we'll just ship the order to the shipping address that you left on our site.
Therefore, it does not matter that the billing address is different from the shipping address.
What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder. Please contact our Customer Service Team here contact us.
